My issues are Sleep Deprivation, Restlessness, Insomnia, Occasional Nightmares, Auto-Pilot in Conscious and Sub-Conscious Worlds, Brain-Storming, Inner Voice Communications over Thoughts and Occurrences.
Does anyone have any advice as to how I can successful Lucid Dream upon command as well as tuning out the Auto-Pilot?? Maybe even something as a WILD, MILD, REM.
do you have trouble with sleeping because you mind just won't be quiet? could you explain the brain-storming in more detail please?
i think what would help you a lot is to start meditation. in the long term, i do believe that WILD would suit you very well, but first you have to take some control.
maybe i'm wrong here, you really have to answer your own questions. all i can do is give hints, and i'll be very happy to read about your progress!
also, there is a technique that sounds like it would work well for you (not only for lucid dreaming but also in waking life)

my thought is that you could do the cycles described there randomly when awake as well, because i think this could decrease the auto-pilot.
