how do you perform a lucid dream?? I mean do you start it right away when you are going to sleep??
But on that stage you dont have any dreams yet, only on the sixth stage you will dream right? SO maybe we should sleep normally untill 6 of 7 hours then perform lucid dream technieq right? because we dreams more in the early morning then at night!
What do you guys think about it?? Leave your comment that would really help me out.
there actually are some techniques for lucid dreaming where it's most effective to gain some sleep before doing it.
examples are WBTB (read more about that here: http://www.world-of-lucid-dreaming.com/wake-back-to-bed.html) and DEILD (http://www.world-of-lucid-dreaming.com/dream-exit-induced-lucid-dreams.html)
but this does not mean, that this is the single best way to lucid dream!
there are other way to achieve a conscious dream (LD) too! like, for example, WILD (http://www.world-of-lucid-dreaming.com/wake-induced-lucid-dreams.html)

so: yes, i've had lucid dreams before and since there is so much to tell about them, i would really just suggest you dive into some sections of this forum. there are so many great reports of dreams and experiences!
