Any help/suggestions here ?

Postby butter » 30 Dec 2013 12:00

I've been at lucid dreaming for past few months without much success. But now i am faced with a new problem... since I'm getting higher and vaster school and work syllabus ... and have to join some tutorials , I am forced to wake up very early like 6am . So all my hopes of getting a lucid dream are now shattered :(
Could anyone help me out or give any advice on what to do? :)

I know that after 4-5 hours I cannot dream vividly , with me it has to be like 7-8 hours. Also I cannot get afternoon naps ...
I will do whatever i can to get my first lucid dream

Ok, I'll try to go as early as I can and see if I can change my sleep cycle a bit :)

Yes, try to go to sleep earlier. I think your sleep cycle should adjust after a bit. Maybe it will adjust to the lower amount of REM and as that is you new norm, allow you to have vivid dreams in your last REM cycle.
