Best techniques for beginners like me!!

Now last night or morning i had a lot of dreams.
First of i when sleeping at my normale bed time.
Second: Get at least 6 hours of sleep
Third: Get up 1 or 2 hours early to make sure you are awake.
Fourd: After 5 or 10 minutes being awake, i get back to bed. I listen to Rebecca lucid dream tracks.
FIfht: I enjoy my dreams and try to realize that I dreaming.

SO this night I intent to try it again see if the effect is the same and of course you should know that you dream a lot early in the morning and not immediatly when you drift off to sleep at night. So make sure to get enough sleep to dream a lot!!

This mornig I try it out and it works!
While i drift to sleep i listen to Rebecca track and it help me dream a lot more and I realize more that it was a dream.
I should use this technique more often!!
