The best way to set up a time is to all use the Greenwich Mean Time. Just go to http://www.worldtimezone.com/, find your UTC and add and subtract your best window of time.
I am in UTC-5, and I am open between 12:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. my time. I ADD 5 hours, so that means I am open 5 p.m. - 3:00 a.m. Greenwich Mean Time.
So if you all do the same, finding a window of time that we all agree on without too much confusion should be easy. (Doesn't have to be all together and we can PM each other for 1on1 or even PM amongst yourself without me for your own 1on1's).
Anyway, my window is 5 p.m. - 3:00 a.m. GMT. What's yours?
I have another idea. You know the software TeamSpeak? I think would be good using it to make some gatherings online and everybody could talk at the same time. I don't know if with skype we can make vídeo-cal with more thant two persons. With TeamSpeak It's only audio, by the way.
But Goldkoron already said that Skype with more than one is audio only too, so it would be the same thing.
I shared my contact info earlier in this thread so feel free to make me a contact anytime.
Peter, I'm in Canada Eastern Time. Kingston, Ontario to be exact. I wonder if daylight savings may throw off the timing by an hour since we don't all have it. But I can just leave Skype on and running.
I only gave a heads up on Friday before the weekend.
Perhaps a week or two of planning would gather more participants.
I have a lot of spare time, so if you set a date I'm sure I'll be free.
