Basically, 99% of the time I start lucid dreaming is by me becoming spontaneously lucid in my dreams. This means something just clicks and I know I'm dreaming.
Luckily I read the forums and see people struggling, then I realize how lucky I am, I don't actually need to do much to induce a Lucid Dream. I think it has something to do with the fact that when I first started I must of been reading about this stuff for ATLEAST 2-3 hours a day, and I just constantly think about it when it pops into my head.
So I wanted to ask - how is your success with this? Do you need to really work hard in order to be successful, or not much work?
Though, at times it will come completely randomly.
For example, when I first started reading up on lucid dreaming I remembered when I was a child, in a nightmare, and closing my eyes very tightly and hiding from "the monsters". I didn't realise when I was small but I do now realise that I became lucid several times in my childhood.
Sora: You shouldn't call them "ghosts". Sure something seemed a little off but I'm sure they're still my friends

Untill now I didn't have a LD, but I really feel that I am very close to it, I remmember now a dream per night, wich in the past I didn't remmember like- at all. and my dreams are more vivid and detailed than in the past, and even sometimes in the dream I think for a second ''wait... something strange just happend'', but this is like the top of where I've got to.
