What is your most successful Lucidity Induction Technique?

Some of these overlap, for example I chose WBTB but they tend to result in more DILDs.

This is the Science Section. I'm curious WHY any, or all of these, work at all. I think it's based upon Psychology and even some Physiology in the brain. This is a big question I'm starting to think about, but have no answers yet. I'll stay tuned and see if I can come up with my own answers in time.
If we all lucid dreamed this world would be a better place.

WBTB has a very high success rate, for me at least, so I chose that
