Wild tips?

I've done many attempts of WILDs these pat few weeks,Very few have worked,when the alarm goes off i etheir move,Or I just think balls to it and go back to sleep,any tips on how to feel more motivated? :P

If you lost some motivation to do WILD, try another technique for a few days or weeks and then go back to WILD. Maybe the experience will be different.

I agree with what highlander said, its probably better to try a different technique. WILD often takes a lot of motivation, more so then many of the other techniques. WILD can take a lot more "effort".

With any technique, its important to feel motivated towards that technique.
