Like my friend and I were discussing about lucid dreaming about it randomly got to this point. While in a lucid dream can you like prevent someone else from lucid dreaming. Sorry lol.

As it stands, not really. If you buy into mutual dreaming and such then it's conceivable that one might meet another dreamer and choose not to enlighten them of their state...
