So this is the first time I've ever used a forum but I felt like I've become experienced enough to start helping people. Ive used dream totems, reality checks, WILD techniques, and plain old hey Im dreaming techniques all with success. SO yeah... pretty legit. Tell me if I did the forum thing right.
My Wilds generally fall into the part of my day I cal "recreational sleep". It is a time I set every day, generally an hour in the late morning right after breakfast, a time when I can easily trick my body to go back to sleep. Its a really easy technique I figured out myself, it allows lengthy sessions because of long REM cycles and you can also easily continue your previous dream.
Ive had to resort to that a few times. I suffered from insomnia when I had to take adhd meds in the day. If I forgot to take my night meds I would sometimes lay in bed for hours. Hey, if you wanna know a good herb for insomnia and Lucid dreaming all wrapped into one, look up something called Calea Z. Its pretty Legit.
Sleep Paralysis side effect seems pretty legit. I would use it for things other than Lucid Dreaming though. My Avatar is a picture of Spider-man. I drew it myself, there's no special meaning behind it. Its also only part of the picture because I couldn't make it smaller.
