Alright, so for start, start writing your dreams every morning when you wake up, it will amazingly help you to become lucid and it will make your dream much more vivid.

Secondly, you should start do reality checks, if you don't know what it is, its when you question your reality, for example: look at your hands for like 10 seconds-15 seconds and ask yourself if you are dreaming.

Another example is plugging your nose holes and trying to breath, in a dream you could do it.

This is the main things you NEED to do if you want to get many lucid dreams.

there are many methods such as MILD or WILD, but as a started I think you should do the WBTB method, in which you wake yourself up after six hours of sleep, be awake for 30 minutes or more and go back to sleep.

I hope I helped you.

Also, look at the articles on this website for detailed information. That should give you plenty to start off with.

Sure, it also depends how much of sleep you get during the nap, if you sleep for 5 minutes I don't think you will dream, but if you will sleep like an hour, maybe more and maybe less you can definitely have a lucid dreaming during a nap.

Well, basically just sleeping :P

But if you want you can do MILD, in my opinion it would help.
