Does anyone else use SSILD as their primary technique?
I do all the other standard stuff and WILD comes in a second place to SSILD but I would not be too far without this technique. A few times it has induced a WILD by accident. Many times I only get through half, or fall asleep and wake up and do a few more cycles and just fall asleep but later I suddenly have strong LD's. I've had 4-5 nights of LD's over the last week. The only reason I didn't more was because of alcohol or caffeine too late in the day.

Has anyone else had this level of success with it?

SSILD fits into the category of hybrid techniques (which I call HILD)

I love hybrid techniques, and use them to lucid dream at will.

With hybrid techniques, I have had immediate success with inducing 4-5 lucid dreams a night.

I use a different hybrid technique though, instead of SSILD, I use SSCR.
