Only remembering small parts of Lucid Dreams

Postby Kman43759 » 14 Jul 2014 17:42

Ive had a ton of Lucid dreams, but not once have a remembered the whole thing! Like the other night a had an LD and the only thing I remember is me jumping off a lawn chair and trying to fly, thats all! Nothing else! Is this just because I have a crappy dream recall and I should be writing down my dreams?? Idk, ive tryed dream journaling but I always wake up and have NOTHING to write down!!

Well, writing your dream is pretty essential to your lucid dreaming journey... even if you dont remember your dreams, by trying to write it you set your intentions to remember it, and therefore you will remember more and more details to write.

We all had and have periods of times where we don't remember any dreams or in the beginning of writing, but with them it changes and for the better.

So first of all, start writing your dreams daily, it is a big part of why you barely remember your lucid dreams.
