Glad I can help someone!

Kman, I think you're doing it wrong. When you do SSILD, you don't wake up at four. You wake up five hours after you went to bed, and you should go to bed no later than ten.

ALso, do an RC everytime you think about the topic of lucid dreaming.

Can you do a favor for me? Next time you become lucid, ask the dream, "How can I get back here whenever I want?" Hopefully your subcon will come up with a new technique or share the secrets of conscious dreaming.

Kman's LD Journey: ALMOST THERE!! :)

Postby Kman43759 » 20 Jul 2014 19:56

July, 20th, 2014 (Sunday)

Bedtime: 11:00
Waketime: 9:00
Techniques: RC, Dream journal, MILD, Motivation from forum
# Of dreams remembered: 1 dream, 2 dream fragments
# Of vivid dreams: 1
Dreams usually recalled per night: 1-3
Took 6 days to have an "Almost LD"

I think I might be getting closer to having an LD. Last night I had a normal dream, and during the dream I remember thinking about the topic of lucid dreaming, But I never bothered to RC!!! At least it only took 6 days to have my first almost LD since getting back into LD'ing. So yeah Im expecting an LD soon! Im also starting a technique where you do something you dont like on a daily basis, such as: Cold showers, running, listening to country music, and you are not aloud to stop doing this until you have an LD, then u may stop! This will hopefully help motivate people. If you try my technique plz tell me your results

Great! Sounds like it should hit any time now, so keep it up! Oh, and this may or may not work, but try not to take any afternoon naps or whatever. You're technique sounds like it could work.... If applied to the right things. I'd have to give that one some thought, then I'll get back to you.

You should start posting your dreams, even if they aren't lucid, because it helps your dream recall and clarity. If you have a dream journal then you will write your dreams twice, and will in fact put more focus/importance on them.

and i kinda like to read peoples dreams lol

But seriously, it helps. I think.

Kmans LD Forum UPDATE: Another LD

Postby Kman43759 » 30 Jul 2014 03:57

July/29/2014 - Tuesday

This LD was better than my last crappy one. In this one, it actually lasted a long time and I completed one of my tasks, now I dont really remember this dream in order so im going to just tell you guys about some dream fragments.
1. Im on a bus, and im lucid, so I put my finger up to the glass and draw a circle on it and some kind of heat / lava comes out of my finger burning the glass and I jump out the window
2. I remember the task of the month on dream views (Rip your clothes off in front a DC) And im in some kind of square and so I ran up to a DC and started to rip off my clothes, they looked scared xD. At this point I THINK I teleported on to a bus and my parents and my grandma happened to be on the bus and saw me ripping my clothes off and they got really mad
3. Im getting shot at, but I have no gun so I try to get a gun by reaching in my pocket but I have no success, so I reach under something (dont remember what it was) expecting there is a gun under there and I find a gun so I run up to the shooters with it and press the trigger... I hear a click, the gun is empty, but I realize I dont need a gun because I am invincible in this world, "Walk away now" I say, they drop there guns and I start beating the poo out of the one guy
