Starting reality checks

Postby mrmittens » 20 Aug 2014 12:30

I've done a lot of research on reality test but no matter how hard I try I just cannot get into the habit of checking my reality. Does anyone have any ideas on how to remember to do reality tests.

While you do your reality check, be more serious and pay more attention to your hands or surroundings.
You can also make the amount of times of reality checks a day a larger number if you want.
And you can also do two different reality checks, I suggest the hands looking and nose plugging.

You have a number of possible options here.:

A) if you have a digital watch, you can use this as a tool to check your reality, and set alarms at the same time to remind you when to perform a reality check.

Some people set their watch to beep every hour, then perform a reality check.

B) switch to WILD or HILD methods

These do not require you to perform reality checks.
