Fun trick to try while walking/whatever.

For all other chat which isn't directly related to lucid dreaming and the world of sleep and dreams.

It is sort of related to Lucid Dreaming in the sense that it is a mindful activity, so it sort of reinforces the mindset you need to snap into a lucid dream. So its like a reality check, you are doing multiple things at once with this. But that isn't the reason why I made the topic.

it gets you closer to how you think without any filters, a fun exercise and a good practice to increase awareness during the day

I dont think it would help me with my LD as it didnt make me question reality at all.

It was actually a quite annoying exercise. I didnt go beyond my keyboard as I'd assign a - or + and then break the bits I was seeing down further. eg start with the computer, then the key board, then the letters on the keyboard, then a spect of dirt on the keyboard etc. I just never was going to end or go anywhere as 1000s of + or - could go to the computer alone.

Ah thats another dimension of this, its a challenge. People with high intelligence will be able to group similar objects together and quickly assign a symbol. It sorta forces you to decompose structure.

....until there is no + or - anymore; Only 1's and 0's. :ugeek:
If we all lucid dreamed this world would be a better place.

I don't see the point of this, is that just me?

And no. I don't want to try this.
