Steps

Postby ANDRESGAITAN94 » 02 Feb 2012 03:16

I had my fist lucid dream a couple of days ago after waking up early and falling back asleep, it was an awesome sensation, I could fly and push my fingers through my hand, but still it felt very fuzzy, a "semi-lucid" dream. After that I started trying to have WILDs and MILDs, but I just can't remember most of my dreams, should I try DILDs for a while? or should I keep trying WILDs and MILDs?..... please help me

Its not about wat methord u r trying, try the one which makes u feel good about. If u cant find satisfaction in ur current method, try another method. I am sure u find which method suits u best. And also keep dream journal too, if u r terrible at remembring ur dreams, it will help u for sure.
