REM during wild

Postby Dylan » 07 Feb 2012 00:26

So i've been attempting to wild for awhile now and have been unsuccessful but have been getting farther everytime. A few days ago i had a great experience, got far, kinda lost my body, felt closer than ever and as always rapid eye movement kicked in. It gets too intense and causes me to lose everything, so any tips or advice on getting through rapid eye movement during wilding would be great. Thanks

If you've had speed reading classes you know that one neither looks at letters or words, instead one sees lines and pages. You need to learn to look with your mind not your eyes for HI.

I have sleep paralysis but no HI so I have to use my own imagination and if i dont then i'm looking at blackness. So what i'm really asking is does anybody else have crazy eyes while going through WILD and if so how do you deal with it... I can deal with it myself with practice prolly but for now i'm just curious

Whenever I close my eyes and listen to binaural beats, my eyes go crazy and start to flutter. This is way before I even start into anatonia. I try closing my eyes but cant keep them shut. I know what you are struggling with.
