Welcome to the forum! I've done a lot of things in LD, but flying is a common one. How about you?

Hi! :)
until now I had 5 lucid dreams, and I started one month ago,
Every time I become lucid, the first thing that comes on my mind is
Flying, everyone do that think, next time I'll have a LD I want to go to space,
Lucid dreams can make your wishes come true! Good luck ;)
My first LD was I think when I was a child, about 11 years old, i was in a strange mountain, full of small black rocks, I knew that it was a dream, so i rolled over and over to the end of it :P.

Hi Isobel - welcome to the forums ;)

Here are some things I like to do in lucid dreams...

- Fly / float everywhere I go!
- Ask my subconscious self for information (eg "how do I deal with..." or "what's the best way to...")
- Seek out particular people or animals to become part of my adventure
- Eat mouth-watering foods (often tastes better than real life, each mouthful is new)
- Run really fast across the landscape
- Fly into space where everything feels vast and infinite
- Meditate in the woods / forest
- Play piano and try to invent new songs
- Follow the dream thread to see where it was going
