Strange floating feeling.

Postby Jack Reacher » 16 Feb 2012 01:31

A while back I was listening to some isochronic tones before going to sleep, and somewhere along the way before I went to sleep I felt my center of gravity slowly rise and fall. Then it felt like my whole body was just bouncing up and down, as if I was lying on a trampoline and someone was gently bobbing me ( not so I fly off the mat)

Then last night I was listening to Radiohead (King of Limbs) and it happened again, this time it felt like I was falling for a while, then the rising and falling happened. Is this the start of an OBE that failed, or just sleep paralysis? It was a pretty cool feeling.

That's pretty much the beginnings of sleep paralysis. See if you can go with the flow next time, just relax and concentrate on the hypnogogic pictures :)
