sleep paralysis and lucid dreams

Postby Danielmata15 » 08 Apr 2012 05:18

i just started reading about lucid dreams in depth (i have always been interested tho) and i discovered i suffer from some serious sleep paralysis, i have episodes at least once a week and there's been nights where i had 2 or 3...i, however, have never seen anything, because my eyes are always closed and when i can finally open them i wake up...

i was really scared of this episodes until now, but now i see them as a way of learning lucid dreaming, so can anyone tell me if this condition can really help me in my training?

p.s. sorry for the crappy english its not my first language
