My Way to WILD

Postby zebrafriek1 » 10 Apr 2012 17:26

Just as a note this only happens when I can sleep in and am not awoken by an alarm and the imagery and voices have happened since I was about three.

I will be lying there sorta sleeping sorta awake in the morning and will hear voices inside my head. Then i will see images in my eyelids that I now know are hypnagogic imagery. I have finally been able to transition into a dream by envisioning the landscape more. For example, today I had a lucid dream that began as the voices of my soccer team and coaches kicking it around I began to visualize what it would be like to be there and to be running with them, then, all of a sudden, I was lucid dreaming. I have never thought of this as wilding but I have been able to have 5 lucid dreams 5 nights in a row with this method. . But, is this a true WILD and has anybody else experienced it?

as long as you're moving with unbroken consciousness from normal waking consciousness to dreams it's a WILD.
