Best Techniques to Start Lucid Dreaming?

Postby Adaxi » 02 May 2012 14:05

Hi, I'm 14 years old and I have been researching how to have a lucid dream for a few days, but I always find different techniques and I don't know which is the best to start off! :?

I have tried to have OBEs for a few nights, got to the buzzing bit, but then decided to try lucid dreaming since it sounded better.

Could someone please tell me what the best technique is to start off lucid dreaming?

Start recording your dreams in a journal. This will improve your dream recall and help you recognize dream signs.

I'm 14 too. : )
I find that dream incubation and MILD are the best!

In that case, all that is left to do is be patient and continue doing what you are doing. It will be well worth it!

You sound so close, keep trying but dont forget to relax. When you are on the edge of becoming lucid if you force it you will lose the moment of entry so dont worry about the times you miss just keep getting yourself there and it wont be long
Who are you I asked, the reply "dont be silly, we are your daughers" many years before they were born
