Best Beats?

Postby KylePK » 06 May 2012 08:19

Does anyone have a preference on what the best binaural beats or isochronic tones for inducing a lucid dream before bed are? I'm looking for something really powerful and am wondering if anyone else has had any experience with such.

An article on binaural beats:

And isochronic tones:

More than anything, brainwave entrainment is good for reducing anxiety and deep meditation. Meditation, in turn, aids lucid dream induction. Think of it as a stepping stone to lucidity, rather than a direct inducer.

Hey thanks Rebecca! That is quite useful to know. I've been feeling that way about binaural beats, ever since I nearly became lucid after using a isochronic tone/beat. I rather enjoy using them to meditate, and they are very helpful. I really ought to make some sort of goals when I meditate though, otherwise I become so relaxed that I fall asleep which is not good. Usually I am pretty good at meditating though.
