I used to day dream A LOT as a teenager and I think this really helped me develop my visualization skills. I also used to day dream my way to sleep, which is how I started accidentally "programming" my dreams (different from lucid dreaming, but can help you set up lucidity cues).
I believe day dreamers make great lucid dreamers...
I day dream my way to sleep too, I just never really thought much about it until now. Also, is there a page about "programming" your dreams on the main site because I think I might check it out.

Btw, you can also use day dreaming for setting your lucid dream intention, as part of the MILD technique:
I think you'd be good at that - you can let your imagination run wild!
