it's been 2 days since i tried to lucid dream
i've recall all of them, i'm doing the WBTB technique
i did reality checks
but, i can't be lucid in my dreams.. last night was my 2nd try
i guess i am doing it right.. but i always forgot that i'm dreaming
so, am i doing it right?
when you are dreaming, do you suddenly know that you are dreaming? (from the beginning)
or do you do reality checks?
for expert lucid dreamers like Rebecca. do they get lucid dreams everyday?
do they know that they are dreaming every time? (like a habit)
or do they perform reality checks? or maybe they do WILD?
WILD is hard as there is a fine line between getting there and falling asleep and then you need to learn to stay lucid.
Keep doing what feels right for you, its not a literal pathway but a personal one made up of whatever works for you
