I might try this. In a non-lucid state though. When I wake up after a non-lucid dream, and then just lay still and wait for it to transition into a lucid dream. I'll experiment with this method.
Normally I wake up, and lay onto my side because I'm so tired. Being comfortable usually makes me fall asleep in one minute again.
