Which is the Best Technique?

Obviously, there is not an ultimate "best technique" - the different lucid dreaming techniques such as WILD, MILD, DILD etc all have their own advantages, as well as disadvantages - but which technique do you find most successful, and why?

Depends exactly what you mean by 'best'. MILD is good for beginners because it's bound to work at some point or another by laws of probability. WILD is very high success rate, so long as you can tick the boxes on the way to it.

There's no such thing as a "best technique".
There is such a thing as the "best technique FOR YOU".

You can only find it by trying each one for a good period of time. I'd say a minimum would be a month.

I think DILD is the best for beginners because it allows you to sort of get lucid dreaming on your mind all day, which in turn makes you lucid dream while asleep eventually. Then once experienced enough WILD works very well when done right.
