i had a lucid dream and i want to have more of them

can any body tell me which is the best technique for lucid dream?

No "best" technique for everyone exists.
This is a very personal and unique journey.
You need to find the "best technique that works for YOU". :)

Exactly, some people can have WILD's with ease but others might take months to acheive one. there is however techniques that are easier than others. for example MIlD is a pretty easy technique.
How do you define real ?
think it over it's a tough question...

MILD is easy in one sense, but to learn how to have frequent LDs does take practice and time. For me, the first few months I did MILD it seemed like dumb luck when I had them. Anything worthwhile takes time.
