I have been trying to have a lucid dream for some time now, but i haven't been successful yet. I believe that part of the reason is because i am a little bit afraid of having a nightmare in my dream and not knowing how to change it. As i understand, lucid dreams are much more vivid than ordinary dreams. Is there any way i can get past this mental barrier and not be so afraid of having a nightmare?
You have not had a LD yet and no nightmare either so dont build barriers. IF you get a LD and its a scary one then deal with that not what might happen
Who are you I asked, the reply "dont be silly, we are your daughers" many years before they were born
If you have a nightmare, ask the frightening person/animal what it represents. Then, tell it to go away.
