sleeping problems

I've been having problems sleeping ever since I started trying to lucid dream a few days ago no matter how much I try to sleep I cant fall asleep until at least after dawn I'm not sure if its just excitment or something else if you have any advice or help it would be very helpful.

I think it's excitement , the same thing happened to me at first.
You better solve this problem , either when you'll have a lucid dream , you will wake up too soon because of excitement , good luck !

Just close your eyes and think nothing, breath regular, and relax.

I have been trouble with insomnia for a long time ,I tried so many ways to change my condition,but didn't work obvious, until my friend introduced the herbal sleep pill (not melatonin)
