If you can't wait for NovaDreamer II to be released by The Lucidity Institute, here are a few alternatives you might want to try.
a) Future Horizons - go to www.futurehorizons.net and get the meditation goggles. (But ask first about the frequency at which the lights blink on. There is a condition called Photosensitive Epilepsy and it's caused by lights blinking at a certain frequency, they can advise you on this.)
b) Tools for Wellness - there are light glasses at www.toolsforwellness.com. They go for $69.95 and are cheaper than NovaDreamer and meditation goggles. The meditation goggles go for $95 for a kit, $145 for fully assembled.
c) Brain Sync (Kelly Howell) - get the Brain Sync CDs that affect the beta waves. This does the same thing as NovaDreamer as it speeds up brain waves. But DO NOT use on children as their brains are still developing.
