Re: Best smart watch for LD?

I don't have a smartwatch, unfortunately. But, I have a Xiaomi mi band 2 ($30) on the way, which I will pair with Sleep Android app, which already tracks my REM cycles--though, I don't know how well. With the heart rate monitor on the band, should be more accurate REM readings. I may update my exper...

Re: The Power Of The Mind.

In my first month I had about 2 lucid dreams that were very short, then I had a big dry spell for like 2 months until it started up again. If you don't have long LDs, just keep trying. You will eventually master it. I am definitely far from mastering it, but progress is good. Thanks. That is really...

Re: The Power Of The Mind.

I have had little success with any method. And I've been practicing quite thoroughly for the past 2 months, straight. I've only had two or three very, very brief, second-long lucid dreams in that time. I'll give this a shot for a week or so, see how it goes. Though, I'm typically anathema to delusio...

Re: LUCID DREAMERS WANTED

Does one really need a reason to want perfect freedom and fulfill any wish they have? That's why I want to master lucid dreaming. I want to take it as far as possible. Ideally, having hour or longer lucid dreams every single night. I've only had 3 so far. One lasted around 10-15 minutes; the others ...

Re: Reality Checking

Ahh. I get that. I've read that self-awareness is the most important aspect. So long as you're thinking about it, it might still work? Maybe you could make it a point to reality check every time you go to the bathroom? My first lucid dream was with a light switch, though. Alls I can say is it has wo...

Re: Lucid Dreaming Penguin

Thanks Philoni. :) Just DILD. Reality checks throughout the day, then I eventually had one/

I've just started working on WBTB and a bit on WILD. Also been integrating MILD, but it doesn't seem to be doing much.

Re: Reality Checking

I use the Awoken app, so i reality check where ever I am. What reality checks do you do? I felt the same way about reality checking lights. Always having to find a damn light switch. But, I've been doing "look at your hands; try to press your fingers through your hands." That's a lot easie...
