A beginner needing help with WILD (NOT ANSWERED)

They say WILD is hard but for beginners, but there is a first time for everything right? If only masters did it, then nobody could get to being a master, this is the situation I am in. All of the guides for WILD give really hard but usually incomplete techniques or techniques that give very little d...

Re: Panicking when lucid!

Hey! I think I found an answer to your question. I had my first lucid dream a couple days ago and I got pretty excited, I rubbed my hands together spun, and it stabilized. But the thing that made it end was somebody kept telling me to stop saying to myself "I know I am dreaming because the alie...

Was this hynagogia?

I have never lucid dreamed

When I listen to binaural beats or meditation videos, I sometimes after a while see blue and yellow, very minor, but I actually see it, it moves around but never gets past just yellow and blue blobs, is this minor hypnagogia or hypnagogia at all?

This is an answer

ANSWER AND QUESTION Hello, I am very bad at lucid dreaming, I have never had one, but I can say I have heard it is very normal to wake up immediately. Next time, try rubbing your hands together or falling over(make sure it's a dream, falling can hurt)on your back. Or shout clarity. Also, could you t...

Need help with WBTB

With WBTB, a lot of sites say wake yourself up fully, get up, maybe turn the lights on, get a snack, do things. But other sites say don't move at all. Don't fall asleep or WILD either, just lay there for a while, then WILD or MILD. Does laying there also work? Any tips would help. Also, I have tried...

Re: CAN I TURN LIGHTS ON FOR WBTB

Are you an experienced lucid dreamer though? Because if you are already good at meditating and preforming Wild's, then maybe the lights don't have an affect on you.

Re: Beginner Questions Welcome!

Hey! Just found this thread after I posted my own question, but just in case nobody responds to that, wanted to ask here as well. I will just ask the main question instead of all the extra info "Can i turn lights on during a WBTB?" Or will that ruin it (because of melatonin or something). ...

CAN I TURN LIGHTS ON FOR WBTB

Hello, I am relatively new to lucid dreaming (around 2-3 weeks), and I have started a dream journal, meditate, and every once in a while do a WBTB. I have not been successful. Once in the past I got so bored during a WBTB, I had to keep looking at the clock to keep myself from just going to bed, wak...
