Re: What if what you call life is the same as dreaming?

To me NON Lucid Dreams feel like an alternate reality that I have lived at some point. Sometimes in those non lucid dreams I die. Just to wake up in a different "dream" or sometimes I wake up in real life. It's really helped with the fear of death for me. Right before the point of death, ...

The Institute of Lucidity Physics and the age of lucid existence

Greetings, I am the founder of lucidity physics and the Lucidity Physics Institute, a state-of-the-art research facility dedicated to the development of applications based on lucidity physics. The premise is simple; the physics of dreams and the physics of the waking life are the same, which is why ...

Re: What if what you call life is the same as dreaming?

And also, I have come to the conclusion that dreaming is the same as waking life. You don't die and lose consciousness when you sleep! (Well maybe part of it, in a way, but not REM.) You just think differently. There is no "dream life" and "waking life", as opposites, but merely...

Re: What if what you call life is the same as dreaming?

You know that a non-lucid dream can feel just like what you call real life. You know that there are times when what you call real life feels more like a dream. If you were in a non-lucid dream and someone lucid came up to you and told you it was a dream, would you have a similar reaction to how you...

Re: What if what you call life is the same as dreaming?

You never have a lucid dream nightmare? I did yesterday, but maybe not a full on nightmare. Lots of disturbing imagery though. I was fully aware but not in control. It happens sometimes. I'm an idealist too and really hate all the crap I see going on in this world. I really do. It perturbs me to no...

Re: What if what you call life is the same as dreaming?

There is no line, really. There are slight differences, but only contextually. Lucidity is awareness of the malleable nature of the environment in which you occupy, directed by your frontal conscious commands and pre-frontal sub-conscious orchestration.

Re: Favorite LD abilities

Breathing under water is also something I have experienced in the dream realm but not lucidly, thank you for reminding me of that.
