Re: Beginner Questions Welcome!

I can't help ya much. I'm an absolute novice myself. I can say that I've executed wild many times from non-corpse style poses. And I can recommend reading widely. There's plenty of info on line these days including podcasts and videos and many hard copy publications.

Good luck.

Re: My Journey.

Day Five Well, I had another night with some Lucid moments but very little presence of mind, so I wasn't able to implement my intentions. Also my recall was scatty as. I'm going to have a break for a while, I need to concentrate on getting proper rest for a while. :-( I will post here if I happen t...

Re: Beginner Questions Welcome!

I try and I am more aware but not lucid yet    There's no fast way, really, except some lucky ducks who are naturals... pretty rare, I think. Patience and practice are the keys, I believe (though I'm still very new at this m...

Re: the purpose of lucid dreaming

Personally, i feel like it's probably healthy to have a purpose. And given LD's extraordinary potential it does seem a shame to treat it as simply a playground. On the other hand, if someone wants to just take it lightly like this who am I to judge? I certainly don't feel like it's helpful to be ove...

Day Five

Nowt to report, neither.

I had a pretty good, long sleep but with no Lucid adventures and very little recall.

Try again! :)

Re: Beginner Questions Welcome!

I decided to try out WILD for the first time in my life. I tried achieving it for one month. Until last night when I noticed that I might do something wrong. So I lie in a bed, I try to be as relaxed as possible without moving my limbs. Hypnagoia was weak and I really had no idea when I should kick...

Re: My Journey.

Day Four Well not a great deal to report, unfortunately. I had good recall on a couple of non-lucid adventures during the first half of the night. When I woke from the second one I tried to WiLD my back into to, but no joy. Then I had another bout of insomnia that lasted through till what felt like...

Re: My Journey.

The thing with lucid dreaming is that it takes energy; unlike normal dreaming. If you have sex, expect to be even more drained. Essentially, the spirit remains aware like in waking life and to do this is like living two lives with the same limited energy. You will also notice that if your waking li...
