Re: Finding the RIGHT technique for an individual.

Very interesting, have you considered taking into account these techniques in order to develop a conditional state. I'm not sure what you mean by conditional state. I've had dreams where I think about induction techniques like ADA(All Day Awareness), and actually trying to perform WILD while dreami...

Re: Can FILD be combined with other techniques?

What I do is DEILD first, and if the moment has passed or if I screwed it up, I try FILDing as I'm falling asleep. Haven't tried FILD too much though, so I can't tell ya if it's effective.

Finding the RIGHT technique for an individual.

I've been trying to lucid dream for 2 months now, and I've found that when finding the the right technique for me, I take the following into consideration: -How enthusiastic I am about the technique. -How I can implement it in my sleep and/or waking life. -Success rate -The conditions I'd need to me...

I'm new! Sort of...

I'm new to this forum. My name is Sina, and I'm sort of a rookie to lucid dreaming. I've had two lucid dreams so far after practicing for two months. Both were natural awakened DEILDs (Dream-Exited Induced Lucid Dream). The first dream lasted 4 minutes or so in my bedroom, and I completely failed at...
