Re: Was it lucid?

It's quite simple. If you realized you were dreaming, you were lucid. Dream control is just another aspect of lucidity, but lucidity can also happen without dream control.

Re: LucidCats LucidDreams

Sounds kind of like a VILD but with adding the sensation of it. (...) You reminded me of a crazy coaster dream I had where my coaster car jumped the tracks and went flying And I got lucid instantly. (...) Did you ever see the Final Destination movie where the big accident at the beginning was on th...

Hey Shilden - welcome!
I wish you good luck with your journey - it might be that you just need to shape your own potential to lucid dream.

Re: LucidCats LucidDreams

14th Lucid Dream on July 29th 2018 I had one or several short moments of lucidity on the early Sunday morning. Unfortunately I don't remember well what exactly happened. I had set my alarm earlier to get a chance to WBTB. My dream recall when waking up was lousy, and I was really tired and sleepy. ...

Re: LucidCats LucidDreams

Does your flesh feel like soft rubber when you push through it? Actually, when I do that, the hand that I'm pushing through doesn't feel solid, more like a ghost hand. It's a dizzying but very vague sensation, and visually it's more like a hologram of my hands overlapping. During those times I star...

Re: Is it supposed to be hard to lucid dream?

As far as I know it's different for everyone. A few people, like you, seem to have natural ability to lucid dream - most others, like me, need to put a lot of effort into it. There are supposedly some personality traits and characteristics that make it easier. Like a good sense of orientation, good ...

Re: Are you supposed to feel pain dream's?

I have felt pain in dreams, for instance when I was shot in the leg. It didn't hurt as much as it would have in real life.
Perhaps, feeling intense pain in dreams is rare, but I've heard of at least one other person talking about intense pain in their dream.

Re: LucidCats LucidDreams

Now, after exactly two months of nothing I got over my dry spell. In the last week, I was taking reality questioning a little more seriously, I also wrote down quite some dreams. I've been keeping up with physical exercise as well. Last night before bedtime I ate some cheese, took some magnesium bec...

Re: Lucid Dream study (2min)

I've done the survey - I'm really curious for the results!
Although, I'd like to mention that WILD is not a technique, it's method that can achieved by technqiues like WBTB, MILD, FILD etc.
