Re: Sudden drop in dream recall ability?

@LDer Charles So, after about 10 days, I'd say that number 5 works best for me. I try to remember everything I did right before going to bed, and since then I remember at least one dream every morning (Althogh today was a bit shaky, but I got it together after 5 minutes and wrote it down immediately...

Re: Had my first lucid dream, but now I don't have any dreams. Please Help.

Hey Nathan, Ugh, I almost had the same thing a few weeks ago, my dream recall was suddenly nonexistent for about two weeks, so I made a post too in which I asked for some advice. LDer Charles then came up with some really good advice that truly helped me get back on track, so I think it might help y...

Re: Sudden drop in dream recall ability?

Cool! Thanks LosFreakos. Well I'd be interested to know what helps bring up your dream recall. Yeah are you dream jouranling through the night or just the morning? If I waited until morning I'd often have nothing. So many of my dreams are between like my 4th and 7th hours of sleep. I try to write i...

Re: Sudden drop in dream recall ability?

Thank you two! ^^ @CatDreamer Well, not every night. I said 2-3 dreams every other night, but I guess that's still quite decent to say the least. And also it's not about the fact that it's at most one dream per night, I'm completely fine with that. The only odd thing is the sudden dropoff, tha...

Re: Most confusing dream of my life

Wow, you're not kidding, that's really confusing. I think the best way to visualize it would be a sort of level system. If the order of your dreams is correct, then it would be like this: So, my dream started with me in my bed performing FILD and it working. I enter a "lucid dream" and try...

Sudden drop in dream recall ability?

Heyo, The last few days have been a little bit... bothersome to me. In the last two weeks, my dream recall hasn't been too great, at most one dream per night and those were not very detailed/vivid. Now, I really wouldn't make such a fuss about it if it wasn't for the fact that, compared to the first...

Re: Easy method to having WILDs (CSILD)

I've been thinking of something similar the last few days and I should stop thinking about it and start doing it. I always have some songs in my mind that are being played on repeat, my mind is literally just 90% music that I like, 10% everything else. This should be a piece of cake for me.

Re: Tired of try to sleep and it not happen :(

Hmm, I've had some similar problems with falling asleep when trying to hard, but not every night. Poor guy. :( Anyway, I'm not sure why exactly you're unable to fall asleep, so here are some general things that you could try: 1. If you can't sleep because you're lost in thought, try to get rid of th...

Re: Dream that keeps Restarting

Thank you for sharing your dream. This seems like some sort of multiple false awakening, but instead of waking up you start inside the car. Maybe the restarting is not really a restart, it could potentially be some sort of routine, doing the same thing day after day. That would mean you don't move b...
