Re: Talking to your dream directly

This is kind of what I did with my first Lucid Dream. It's not how it was induced, but it was an activity that I did within that lucid dream. Although that is a very cool and useful tool/technique, I'll certainly remember to try this. It should make things interesting!

Re: Goddess Visitation

I once had a dream about the Egyptian god Set (or Seth). In my waking life, there was an oddities shop that was selling an antique tarot deck from the African Nile. The next night, Set had visited me in a non-lucid dream. I was sitting at a desk and he was behind me. The tarot deck was in front of m...

Re: Using drugs in a lucid dream

The only drug (besides prescribed pharmaceuticals) in my waking life I have ever done is weed, and that was not a good experience for me. However, I have taken imaginary drugs in dreams, and those were pretty wild. Not all of them have been a good experience, but they've been interesting to say the ...

Re: Lucid dreaming suppliments

I'm pretty sure 7,8-Dihydroxyflavone is in Nyquil. Not that I'm suggesting people start chugging Nyquil, lol, but just that when I did take nyquil when I had the flu, I certainly had vivid dreams off of it. In fact, I had a lucid dream AND I partially astral projected! That being said, I would certa...

Re: What is your experiences with FILD?

If I'm not mistaken, FILD stands for 'Finger Induced', right? In that case, I've definitely done this one or two times. Throughout the day I get notifications on my phone to reality check myself, and I count my fingers to make sure they're all there, and to make sure all my tattoos are there and loo...

Re: Easy sleep paralysis to lucidity method

This actually sounds like astral projection! The difference between astral projection and lucid dreaming is that in astral projection, your astral body/soul is consciously leaving your physical body. During astral projection, you are on (or at least start on) the astral plane, as opposed to lucid dr...

Re: DCILD- Dream Character Induced Lucid Dream

I've never tried this method, but I have had one very prominent dream character help me recognize that I was dreaming to get out of what could have become a nightmare. So I think if you actively practice that technique you described, it could absolutely work.

Re: Feelings within lucidity

Maybe you do this already, but I think a good technique to acquire and strengthen the skill of feeling things in dreams, is to really take the time of feeling them in your waking life (: For example, if you're doing a reality check or just happen to think about dreaming, stop for a minute or two and...

Re: Idea: is this possible?

This is a thing! I have an app called "Awoken" (here's what the symbol looks like: https://i.ytimg.com/vi/e_A91Y0ssC8/hqdefault.jpg ) You can either set it to make what they call a 'totem' sound, or just vibrate, and you can set how many times a day you want it to give you a reality check....

Re: Is Share dreaming possible?

Personally, I do believe dreamwalking/sharing is possible. My brother and I have recounted the same dream on the same night when we were younger, and I have apparently been sharing my dreams with someone for about 9 years now, which makes them make a lot more sense. I think two people have to have a...
