chill a bit and let your thoughts run, learn to observe then. the logic that you use to learn is the wrong way to work with entering the dreamspace and playing around in there. learn to push your thoughts out and be a passive observer of them instead of applying logic to what is going on and destroy...

Not for me, I look at 5 screens from 2am to 3am every morning and have plenty of dreams, lucid dreams and recall. it more about how well you sleep

WILD is hard to start with, can work well but takes some experience to be consistent and you are at school so need your sleep. Go for DILD, do the reality checks and don't sweat not having lucid dreams. Try on the weekend waking up and hour early and then back to sleep again and as you drift off thi...

yip, it gets your mind active and that keeps you awake. I work with coffee and so the active mind does not keep me up for long as I observe it and don't let it affect me as I can relax into it and that drags me into the dreamscape. WILD is being awake and not losing awareness when you drift into the dream and anytime it works you can call it a WILD. Don't get to hung up on REM and all the differing techniques, just think of dreaming and becoming aware in your dreams, do some regular reality checks so they become part of you ha...

sleep is sabotaging your efforts, what you are trying to do in a WILD is watch yourself go to sleep. one part of you mind observing the other going to sleep and then putting your awareness into that other world.

Just chill and don't push anything for a few days, this relaxing can work well
