First of all, before trying to lucid dream, you must be able to remember at least one dream per night. There are two types of lucid dreams Dream Induced Lucid Dreams(DILD) and Wake Initiated Lucid Dreams(WILD). To have these dreams you must do induction techniques. Some induction techniques used to ha...

Re: Does anybody else DEILD?
Step 1. You can wake up after a dream by having good recall and remembering when it ends or use an alarm clock that automatically shuts off after 5-10 seconds. If you use the alarm clock, set it to about 6 hours after you go to sleep give or take a few minutes. (I prefer the alarm clock because waki...

Does anybody else DEILD?
I had been trying to lucid dream for a month and had just gotten tired of dream journaling, reality checking, MILDing, and WBTB wasn't working for me. I am terrible at WILDing and realizing dreamsigns. Then i discovered DEILD. In 4 nights of attempting it, I had three lucid dreams. Each was 2-5 minu...

Dry mouth while WILDing

I have only got to hear a very slight buzzing sound in my ears. The problem is I constantly get disturbed by my mouth being extremely dry causing me to fai...

Re: so very close
I recently had my first lucid dream and I almost felt the same thing. Three great things to do to stabilize yourself in a lucid dream and make it last longer are: 1. Rub your hands together and/or stare at and study your hands. 2. Shout "Increase clarity" or "increase lucidity". ...

Re: Struggling with lucidity
Try the WBTB technique on weekends. Thats what i do and I have school too. Also, another good technique is the DEILD. It stands for Dream Exit Initiated Lucid Dream. Look it up in more detail but the basic plan is you wake up either around REM or just after a dream via auto shut off alarm or auto su...

Before having my first lucid dream, I always doubted it was that much of an experience . I was proven wrong last night. When i went to sleep I didn't do any specific techniques persat, but I kept the idea of lucid dreaming in the back of my head. I had some vague fuzzy dream then awoke to my alarm a...
