Re: Sentient Dream Characters....

I love the quote about reaching for the car keys first. Robert Waggoner goes into depth on the subject of dream characters in his book Lucid Dreaming: Gateway to the Inner Self. (He refers to them as dream figures). You can find a link to Robert's website under the 'Lucid Dream News Reads' heading o...

I have non-lucid number solving dreams every once in awhile. Sometimes it appears my subconscious is trying to work out a problem. Like you I find these types of dreams can be mentally tiring. Sometimes my dream figures have done the work and provide me with their solutions or discoveries. For examp...

Re: Lucid Dream book

I recommend The Lucid Dream Exchange. They publish a quarterly magazine aimed to educate and inspire lucid dreamers. Reading lucid dream stories at night before going to sleep could provide the inspiration you need to have lucid dreams. The Lucid Dream Exchange can be found at dreaminglucid.com.

Re: I have a question about dream journals

Re: Can Dream Characters Develop Awareness?

Some dream figures appear to be more aware than others. I've experienced a few lucid dream figures that seem to be so autonomous, and a part from me; I wonder how they can merely be projections of my subconscious mind? I work on the basis that dream figures are a projection of my subconscious mind b...

Re: One Of the Biggest Reason Newbies Fail to Lucid Dream !!

lucidinthesky, I know what you mean when you say a lucid dream experience “lasts me a while”. I sometimes bask in the after-glow of a life like lucid dream for weeks, sometimes months.

apps, I hear you. There is no substitute for experience!

Gently come back to what you want to accomplish once lucid. It's like changing a channel on the TV. ...
