I don't think that would work, because when you are completely relaxed, your tongue settles into the back of your mouth. This is a huge problem though, for me. If not for this I would've had a WILD lucid dream already :/

Thanks! I had my first almost successful WILD last night. I went into 1/4 sleep paralysis, but simply stayed there for 2 hours until I made myself wake up and went to sleep normally. From everything that I've read, you need to stay completely conscience, and allow yourself to slip into the dream when it feels 3d enough.


However I have yet to have a fully lucid dream, so I don't have the most valuable advice.
