Re: Beginner Questions Welcome!

Try visualizing the numbers as they flash through your mind. it helps for me, especially if the letters are big, bold, and bright white. Try any mode of transition you want, the more advanced, the better. Processing letters takes up your left brain occupied, the transitions and appearance occupies y...

Re: Beginner Questions Welcome!

Sounds to me like an odd form of hynogogia to me. Re: Beginner Questions Welcome!

The buzzing was actually equally intense. However, because it is generated by your mind, it doesn't take long for your mind to adapt to it. It will seem quieter each time you make an attempt. It will be nearly nonexistent after your first success. One last note, if the buzzing suddenly goes from con...

Re: Questions for Rebecca

Rebecca, I only listen to Xperience with headphones. Like I said, I try and follow the reccomended listening instructions as closely as possible. I can usually achieve a highly relaxed state when meditating normally (without brainwave entertainment). However, I haven't ever been able to get to sleep...

Re: Beginner Questions Welcome!

i wasn't in sleeping position at the time, i was just sitting upright in my bed. Is it possible to go into a LD that way? Can you give me any tips about meditating through the buzzing? It's hard to ignore it and keep your focus :-/ You don't need o be in sleeping position, no. Sleep paralysis will ...

Re: Beginner Questions Welcome!

Sander, You are doing great if you heard buzzing. That is the final step that oftentimes leads to an OBE. The pressure was sleep paralysis taking over. You were probably seconds away from a WILD or OBE. As far as your brother having a lucid dream, don't worry about it. Everybody has 1-3 lucid dreams...

Re: Beginner Questions Welcome!

That reply was technically for Lovro, but anything to help. :P Dream signs are common factors that often show up in your dreams. For example, in all my dreams, if i'm ever attacked and need to fight, my fists turn extremely slow and heavy. The same happens with my feet if i try to run away from some...
