Re: Too good to be true

I'm happy to confirm that this level of detail is absolutely achievable! Practising dream stabilisation techniques and learning to focus can create an entirely realistic environment, as real as waking reality to your senses. It's an incredible feeling to look around and realise you are in a dream bu...

Re: lucid to astral safe and real or not?

Sounds like you began a WILD! Read the articles on this site for more info on that :) the best advice I would have is go with it, though this is hard the first few times as it's a very odd feeling. 'Going with the flow' and relaxing is the best way to start a lucid dream from here. As much as it mig...

Re: WHO IS RUNNING THIS WEBSITE???

Hi all, I am a mod too and will always clean up spam and respond to reports when I'm on here. Like Peter, I'm not online all the time but again I'm happy to receive pms if you want something escalated. Anyway, there will always be spam no matter how hard we try to stop it. Re: Lost ability to lucid dreams

Well, I don't think she did, or could. It's not something that has been documented before. I think the most likely explanation is the simplest one - a coincidence. I recommend to keep practising and keep a dream journal if you don't already. Good luck!

Re: Lost ability to lucid dreams

You're probably going through a dry spell, happens to everyone now and again. I don't think it has anything to do with trying to enter someone else's dream. What do you mean by that exactly?

lucid terror

Just thought I would share a quick lucid experience I had last night...I was in deep hypnogogia and suddenly jerked awake, as I open my eyes I can see disembodied arms and legs all wrapped together wearing pajama sleeves/trousers moving jerkily (in similar motion of chinese dragons) through the air ...

Re: Can't have sex in lucid dreams – HELP

I don't think it's worth reading into this too much, this sounds like a classic mental dream block - you have got this idea in your head that you can't have sex in dreams and it's that very worry that is causing your subconscious to sabotage your attempts, causing a vicious cycle. I think the best a...

Re: Is this lucid dreaming?

Sounds like you were between waking consciousness and sleeping deeply there! If you were aware, at the time , that you weren't actually experiencing these events and knew you were dreaming them instead, then yes, you were lucid dreaming. There is a fine line though, it can be difficult to know somet...
