I recived my 4th part of the free lucid fast track, about deep relaxation. I lay on my back and I relax for a lot untill I start getting tired... Today I had a lucid and a non-lucid dream. I didn't do a reality check, but instead I forced my wish to come true inside of the dream. It was like a guided, non-lucid dream. So I have been into lucid dreaming for about 2-3 weeks, I read about techniques, I did all that is important ( dream recall, reality checks etc...) I can remember a dream each morning, but I never seem to become lucid in those dreams. My dreams are somehow too basic or real and I can hardly recognis...

Problems with achiveing my first lucid dream

So I have been into lucid dreaming for about 2-3 weeks, I read about techniques, I did all that is important ( dream recall, reality checks etc...)
