writing down dream selection

I remember my dreams almost every night, but sometimes I don't write down the dreams that don't interest me. Is being selective in which dreams I write down hurting my lucid dreaming?

right before going to bed, what can I do?

So often at night time I feel like I can't do anything to help with my lucid dreaming. I often do a reality check before I close my eyes to go to sleep, but this seems like not enough. morphing real life with dream, hearing

My most common techniques are writing down my dreams and reality checks. That usually gives me a few LDs per mont...

Re: curious thought.

well I do parkour in real life, and I have had several dream recently where I have successfully completed a move that I have had trouble on. This would also apply to me. Would working on perfecting a move in a LD help me to do it in real life? (I havent tried to do the successful dream moves in real...

Re: Is it true that when you have a lucid dream, you're not

ive gotten scared in a couple lucid dreams. sometimes when we are losing control of the dream we start to feel scared. for instance, during lucid dreams, night time scares me. i guess it's the darkness that sets off some sort of mood that scares me. also, i was in a lucid dream and the wind picked m...
