the WILD technique is really for experienced dreamers, it's not easy at all and can be slightly confusing. Best way to start as a beginner is probably through constant reality checks, dream diary, and thinking about lucid dreaming. My site has a few advanced tips if anyone's interested.

It can be quite worrying to be stuck in a dream or at least for it to appear that you're stuck. specially as someone said earlier, combined with false awakenings.

Having tried this myself i can tell you that taking one or two B6 tablets a day, REALLY helps dream recall, and through improving dream recall, it appears to make the dreams more vivid as well, although this may just be a result of remembering more of the detail.. either way it definitely helps.. This is true, sometimes dreams we have that aren't even lucid can be more vivid and contain more useful information and lessons than the ones in which we're lucid..
