Re: Success! But I have a question

Hmm ok. I did the same routine that worked for me but can't get it. I was thinking maybe I didn't have enough sleep for the past few days that caused it.

Re: Success! But I have a question

Hmm, I was wondering if there should be a time frame where u try to fall asleep and feel the vibrations and buzzing sounds. Like within a period of time after WBTB method if u don't fall asleep ur attemp would fail? [ Post made via iPhone ] https://www.world-of-lucid-dreaming.com/forum/images/mobile...

Re: Cannot remember my dreams...

Sleep longer and undisturbed. Have a good 7-8hrs of sleep that should help u remember. I don't know for others, but for me if I sleep for, say, 5-6 hours, I can't remember my dreams well, or even have no recollection of a dream that night. Re: Success! But I have a question

I see. So we don't feel any lapse of consciousness? It's like closing my eyes for a while and opening them again, but arrive in a different place. But how do u go into a different dreamscape from ur seemingly normal bedroom? [ Post made via iPhone ] https://www.world-of-lucid-dreaming.com/forum/imag...

Re: First lucid nightmare?

If it was me maybe I would give it a punch, to whatever comes out. Try scaring them instead of them scaring you? It's your dream after all.

Hmm I see. Anyways how do u develop the technique for DILD? In my non-lucid dreams I see zombie apocalypse many times but it doesn't come to me that its a dream.

Success! But I have a question

I got my 2nd LD and it was my longest and most vivid one :)) but i have a question. For induction, I actually look out for the vibrations and adrenaline rush feeling in my body to get into the lucid dream. It's sleep paralysis I presume? I feel the vibrations with my eyelids closed and thought maybe...
